The Mill in Karginskaya

The building of the steam mill erected by the merchant T.A.Kargin is still preserved here. The "Ideal" theatre was built by the mill yard. In 1920-s young people of Karginskaya staged their amateur plays, performances written by M.Sholokhov. The author was also occupied as an actor and enjoyed great popularity.
